नयी दिल्ली, 15 जुलाई (भाषा) भारतीय प्रतिभूति अधिमानी शेयर एवं विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) ने श्री रामकृष्ण इलेक्ट्रो कंट्रोल्स लिमिटेड (एसआरईसीएल) से जुड़े एक मामले में 18 करोड़ रुपये की वसूली के लिए कंपनी के पूर्व अधिकारी के बैंक खातों के साथ-साथ उसके शेयर एवं म्युचुअल फंड की कुर्की का आदेश दिया है। सेबी ने कुर्की आदेश में कहा कि वसूली की कार्यवाही का आदेश कंपनी के पूर्व अधिकारी चंद्रकांत भार्गव गोले के खिलाफ दिया गया है। इस मामले में 5.74 करोड़ रुपये की वसूली की जानी है जो कंपनी ने प्रतिदेय संचयी अधिमानी शेयर (आरसीपीएस) जारी करके निवेशकों से जुटाए थे, इसके अलावा

सेबी ने कुर्की आदेश में कहा कि वसूली की कार्यवाही का आदेश कंपनी के पूर्व अधिकारी चंद्रकांत भार्गव गोले के खिलाफ दिया गया है। इस मामले में 5.74 करोड़ रुपये की वसूली की जानी है जो कंपनी ने प्रतिदेय संचयी अधिमानी शेयर (आरसीपीएस) जारी करके निवेशकों से जुटाए थे, इसके अलावा सालाना 15 फीसदी की दर से ब्याज वसूलकर 12.53 करोड़ रुपये भी कंपनी को मिले थे।

उस अवधि के दौरान गोले एसआरईसीएल के प्रबंधन निदेशक थे।

सेबी ने नोटिस में बैंकों, डिपॉजिटरी और म्युचुअल फंड से कहा है कि वे गोले के खाते से रकम निकालने की अनुमति नहीं दें। इसके साथ ही उसने बैंकों को गोले के सभी खाते, अधिमानी शेयर लॉकर कुर्क करने का भी आदेश दिया है।

सेबी के अनुसार एसआरईसीएल ने 2004 से 2010 के बीच बड़ी संख्या अधिमानी शेयर में निवेशकों को आरसीपीएस जारी किए थे और इससे 5.74 करोड़ जुटाए थे। उसने निर्गम के नियमों और खुलासा एवं निवेशक सुरक्षा दिशा-निर्देशों का उल्लंघन किया था।
